Wild Roots Outreach Program

Rooted in the spirit of Loop & Lantern, Wild Roots Outreach Program is the community branch of this dream — helping people reconnect with each other and the Earth through practical, local action. Our mission is to grow resilience and kinship in neighborhoods by providing hands-on ways to learn, share, and care — so that every garden, every neighbor, and every child can thrive.

We do this through:
🌱 Community Gardens & Green Spaces — transforming empty lots and backyard plots into thriving gardens that feed families, restore soil, and bring neighbors together.
🔧 Skill-Share Circles & Workshops — teaching practical skills like composting, food preservation, tool sharing, herbal remedies, and more — building community self-reliance.
💚 Mutual Aid & Care Networks — organizing neighbors to share resources, swap surplus produce, host clothing exchanges, and show up for each other in times of need.
🔥 Storytelling & Lantern Gatherings — seasonal events and pop-ups that honor our shared stories, ancestral knowledge, and the ways communities have always cared for the land and each other.

Your support keeps this living loop growing. Every purchase from our earth-friendly shop helps fund our gardens, kids’ activities, and local outreach. Direct contributions go straight back into soil, seeds, and people — growing resilience that lasts.

🌱 Little Loops — A Branch of Wild Roots Outreach Program

Small hands, infinite loops.

Little Loops is our children’s branch — a playful space where kids discover how to care for nature and community from the ground up. Through outdoor adventures, creative play, and kindness projects, Little Loops helps families raise the next generation of Earth stewards.

Our activities include:
🌻 Garden Explorers Clubs — planting, watering, harvesting — kids learn where food comes from and why healthy soil matters.
🦋 Bug & Pollinator Adventures — building bee hotels, butterfly gardens, and insect safaris to explore how tiny creatures support big ecosystems.
🎨 Nature Arts & Crafts — making recycled art, fairy houses, seed bombs, and more using what the Earth provides.
🌙 Story Circles & Kindness Days — meet-ups for sharing stories, gratitude, and small acts of care for neighbors or local wildlife.
